We often feature very limited bourbon-barrel aged beers on cask - this information can be found on our Facebook page. KOLSCH

A Light, smooth, traditional German Altbier (beer made in the old style) perfectly suited to newcomers to craft brewed beers. This beer has a very pale golden color and a light body.
Filtered - 18 - I.B.U.s Hallertau - 4-5% Alc.

LARKIN'S IRISH STOUT

King of the Irish beer styles, stout is known around the world for its smooth drinkability and rumored to have medicinal purposes. This extremely dark creamy beer has a thick full body and roasted malt flavor. It "gives you strength"!
Uniltered – 30 I.B.U's – Nugget - 3-4 % Alc.

RHODE ISLAND IPA

The first I.P.A. available throughout Rhode Island since Ballantine I.P.A. The most bitter of the Pale Ale family, India Pale Ale's malty flavor is accented by fruity aromas, a dry bitter finish and bright copper color.
Unfiltered - 120 I.B.U.s - Summit and Cascade - 7.4% Alc.

TOMMY'S RED

Red ale is rich and smooth, with a mouth watering full malty body, a reddish copper color, and a crisp hop bitterness in the finish.
Unfiltered - 29 IBU - Chinook, Centennial, and Cascade - 6.5% Alc.

HEFEWEIZEN

A South German style of wheat beer (weissbier) with a typical ratio of 50% pilsner to 50% wheat. The yeast produces unique phenolic flavors of banana and cloves with an often dry and tart edge, some spiciness, bubblegum, or notes of apples. It has little hop bitterness and a moderate level of alcohol.
Unfiltered - 9 I.B.U. - Czech Saaz - 5.8% Alc.

RUSSIAN IMPERIAL STOUT

A thick dark black beer with rich maltiness, roasted and chocolate malt flavors, and high hop bitterness. The strongest of stouts, this robust beer will age with grace, transforming through complex flavor variations.
Unfiltered - 60 IBU - Pacific Jade - 11.1% Alc.

BELGIAN SAISON

This beer was brewed two row pale malt as well as Munich malt and Malted Wheat, and fermented with a Saison yeast strain.
Unfiltered - 23 IBU - Cascade - 6.5% Alc.

Trinity Brewhouse Growlers are for sale Memorial Day through Columbus Day until from 10:00 am - 11:00 pm, and Monday-Saturday until 10:00 pm the rest of the year. Our Trinity IPA is now available in 12 oz. bottles and kegs at local liqour stores. RI law prohibits us from selling kegs or 12 oz. bottles directly from the Brewhouse, but you can find them at these fine establishments.
