THE TRINITY CHICKEN WINGS 9.50/ Tenders 10.50 - Deep fried wings tossed in Buffalo sauce or Hoisin sauce. Ask about a special "secret sauce". (Half  price wings Mondays 5:00-11:00pm).

CLAM ROAST APPETIZER 9.75 - Locally harvested littlenecks with grilled Italian sausage and onions in a flavorful spicy tomato, beer, and seafood broth.

WILD MUSHROOM BRUSCHETTA 12.50 - A medley of sauteed mushrooms, tomato, and onions, in a sherry white wine roasted garlic sauce, served over fresh baked toasted bread and finished with shaved Reggiano Parmigiano.

FRIED CALAMARI 9.50 - Tossed with banana peppers and served with a spicy jalapeno sauce.

TRINITY NACHOS 11.50 - Our own deep fried corn tortillas with black beans, sour cream, Monterey Jack-Colby cheddar, fresh diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and salsa.

TRINITY HOUSE SALAD Sm. 6.95 Lg. 8.95 - Mixed greens served with red onions, tomatoes, crumbled bleu cheese, and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.

GRILLED ANGUS BURGER - 6 oz 9.25/10 oz 11.25 - Grilled to your specifications, served on a brioche roll with lettuce, tomato, and hand cut fries.

THE "LITE" BURGER OPTION Add 2.00 -  No bun, no fries, add spicy slaw and a side of sauteed vegetables.

GRILLED TURKEY BURGER* 10.25 - Grilled seasoned turkey patty, served on a pretzel roll with lettuce and tomato.

SWEET POTATO AND BLACK BEAN BURGER 10.25 - House made grilled vegan patty with roasted sweet potato, black beans, spinach, and wild rice, topped with our sweet and spicy slaw, served on a toasted pretzel roll.

BISON PATTY MELT 14.50 - 1/2 lb Idaho bison patty grilled to order and topped with stout, caramelized onions, melted Monterey jack and Colby cheddar with roasted garlic sriracha sauce, served on a toasted pretzel roll.

LOBSTER MAC N' CHEESE 17 - Penne pasta tossed in a rich and creamy sherry lobster sauce with sharp cheddar cheese and accented with chunks of New England cold water lobster. Served with a side of mixed greens. Add another 1/4 lb of lobster meat, 10.00.

WILD BOAR SAUSAGE PLATTER* 17 - Grilled wild boar, beef, and cranberry sausage served with house made sauerkraut, sweet and spicy apricot mustard, a side of horseradish mashed potatoes, and a mixed greens salad.

FISH AND CHIPS* 14 - Twin cod filets dipped in beer batter and fried golden, served with our with our hand cut sweet potato fries and our house made tartar sauce.

NEW ENGLAND CLAM ROAST 19 - Locally harvested littlenecks sauteed with Italian sausage and onions in a spicy seafood tomato beer broth, served with horseradish red bliss mashed potatoes. 

STOUT AND TERIYAKI STEAK TIPS* 18 - Black angus steak tips, marinated in garlic teriyaki and our house stout, seared with bell peppers and oven roasted tomato, served over aromatic white rice.

VEGAN RAVIOLI 16 - Zucchini, roasted red pepper, eggplant, tomato, and onion filled ravioli, tossed in a roasted sweet potato and cauliflower puree, topped with a citrus roasted red pepper pesto.
Add shrimp 7.00/chicken or sausage 5.00. Substitute gluten free penne, 2.00.

BISTRO FILET CHIMICHURRA 19 - Angus shoulder tender filet, grilled to order and topped with an Argentinian chimichurri sauce, sauteed sweet bell peppers and cauliflower, and a side of sweet potato mashed.
